{"id":1460,"date":"2019-08-01T14:14:49","date_gmt":"2019-08-01T14:14:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fivebridgestrust.ca\/wp\/?p=1460"},"modified":"2019-09-19T12:16:04","modified_gmt":"2019-09-19T12:16:04","slug":"property-purchase-saves-50-acres-as-natural-wilderness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivebridgestrust.ca\/wp\/?p=1460","title":{"rendered":"Property Purchase Saves 50 Acres As Natural Wilderness"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Exciting progress has been made on the Trust&#8217;s land acquisition strategy aimed at protecting more areas adjacent to the designated Five Bridge Lakes Wilderness Area.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just recently, the Trust closed a land purchase deal that assures protection for 50 acres of undeveloped land in Hubley, Nova Scotia, near Lake of the Woods subdivision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site was sold by a\nprivate land owner who wanted it to remain in a natural state for years to come.&nbsp; The area is forested with sensitive water\nareas like a Cranberry Bog and lakeshore along Frederick Lake, near the Bluff\nTrail.
