Film Screening: Burned are Trees the new Coal?

The Trust is proud to sponsor and invite you to attend a special evening of learning and discussion about our forests on Wednesday, November 28 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s United Church in Upper Tantallon.  The evening will begin with the screening of a documentary film  Burned: Are Trees the New Coal and a discussion thereafter led by Ray Plourde, Wilderness Coordinator, of the Ecology Action Centre, Nova Scotia’s largest environmental organization with nearly  6,000 members.

Everyone is welcome.  This is a pay-what-you-can event of this community working together to address the challenges we face around climate change.
